The Timberidge Townhomes Homeowners’ Association is a non-profit corporation responsible for preserving our community’s property values through architectural control and compliance with the covenants, conditions, deed restrictions, and rules. The Association, through the payment of monthly dues, provides for the maintenance and upkeep of all common areas and facilitates the completion of capital improvements that will maintain and/or enhance the appearance and quality of the neighborhood. Association membership is automatic when you purchase a home within the development.
The Timberidge HOA Board of Directors is a volunteer group elected by the membership (homeowners) to secure professional management for our Association. This official website was created by the Board in 2012 as a tool to provide valuable and timely information for the community. If you are a homeowner and have any questions for the THOA Board, please feel free to contact us through Secure Association Management. John Mackenzie will be happy to answer any questions via email or phone call. He will forward any comments and/or questions to us including new business such as exterior home improvements and repairs for the Board to review for voting purposes.
