The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be this coming Sunday, March 18th at 2 pm at Fuddruckers in the meeting room. These meetings are open to any member/owner.

Harden Management has resigned as our management company. As of March 31 Timberidge HOA will be managed by Acclaim Management. Our property manager will be Shannon Garza (Shannon@Acclaimmgmt.com) Shannon will attend the March 18th meeting at Fuddruckers to meet the membership. More information will be coming out soon. Please keep mailing all payments and property requests to the same address, 1125 Dallas Dr, Denton, Tx.

At our February 26th meeting we decided to hire a roofing company to replace the roof on Building 6 on the map below. We plan on changing one roof a year for the next 6 years. We are trying to budget these funds out of our regular assessments.

Additionally, we are reviewing bids and recommendations for the Retaining Wall and the Asphalt drive/parking area. We will be considering a special assessment for these repairs. An engineering report on the wall is available on our website, http://Timberidge.wordpress.com

We have also posted proposed rules for owners in the HOA on our website, http://Timberidge.wordpress.com. We will be discussing these rule suggestions and sending the final draft to the owners as soon as they’re approved.
