Due to our inclement weather Thursday, finalizing plans and coordinating details didn’t quite happen. We are very close though, and now you have until Sunday evening, March 8, 2015, to respond to the survey before we officially accept the bid. We have 22 responses, but we would like to hear from everyone before Monday, so the Board will know where the community stands financially before we begin the project.
If you do not respond by Sunday, we still need to hear from you. The survey is the most efficient way for you to inform Acclaim Management and the Board about your payment plans for the retaining wall. Your responses directly affect how we adjust the budget for 2015 and create payment plans as necessary. Beyond that, we want to know that you have received this important announcement.
Finally, please follow the blog to receive updates from the Board immediately instead of having Leisha Shelton of Acclaim Management forward you the information via email. We added the “Follow Blog Via Email” widget in April 2014 to make receiving information even easier. We have 16 followers so far, but we would like to have full participation this year.
