Roof Replacement for All Timberidge Townhomes

Good Morning Everyone,

You should have received a letter written by our managing company concerning replacing all Timberidge Townhomes roofs. Construction is estimated to begin Monday, August 7, 2017, starting with unit #1127. Anderson Construction, hired by the Timberidge HOA, estimates the entire project will be completed in 4 weeks.

The new roofs will be replaced with GAF Sovereign 25-year 3-Tab shingles. This complete replacement is possible due to receiving monies from our insurance company after assessing the results of recent storm damage.

You will be notified when your roof will be replaced via flyers on doors a day or two before construction begins. However, please contact your lessees directly concerning upcoming construction—just in case.

During construction of your unit’s roof, please temporarily park your vehicles at the rear entrance (see the image at the end of the post – Exhibit A). Also, please secure pets and keep children away from the construction/work area during the project. We worked with the contractor to minimize the time your vehicles will be parked at the rear entrance, and we thank you for your cooperation.
