Timberidge HOA Board Meeting: Sunday, October 21, 2018 at 1:00 PM

Hello Everyone,

The Timberidge HOA Board of Directors will meet on Sunday, October 21, 2018, 1:00 PM, at the Secure Association Management offices, 1440 Robinson Road #440, Corinth, TX 76210. The agenda, though subject to change, includes:

  • Review 2018 Budget vs. Actual
  • Discuss Proposed 2019 Operating Budget
  • Maintenance and Capital Improvement Plans
  • Reserve Fund Levels to achieve Capital Improvement Plans
  • Accounts Receivable/Homeowner Aging Reports

Please consider becoming a member of the Board. Your input and participation would be greatly appreciated. Please contact John Mackenzie of Secure Association Management if you are interested. He will forward the email to the Board.

West Retaining Wall Fascia Completed

Hello Everyone,

The final phase of construction to apply the fascia to the West, Northwest, Northeast, and South Walls was completed at the end of August. The Board would like to sincerely thank John MacKenzie, our management representative and owner of Secure Association Management, for overseeing the completion of this long-awaited, detailed project begun by the Timberidge HOA Board.

2018 January – August Financial Report

Good Afternoon Everyone,

We are posting the 2018 January-August Financial Report with a spotlight on the August Balance Sheet. Also, please find the 2018 Special Assessment Income collected through August 30, 2018, on the third page of the report.

Our total assets as of August 31, 2018, were $45,497.85. The Operating Account Balance was $28,032.05, and the Reserve Account Balance was $13,502.05.

Final Retaining Wall Construction

Good Morning Everyone,

The final phase of construction for the West Wall, North West and North East Walls, and South West Wall will be completed very soon. Oscar Orduno, Inc., the same construction company that completed the first phase, will be on the property applying the shotcrete fascia within a few weeks. We appreciate John MacKenzie, our representative and owner of Secure Association Management, for overseeing the completion of this project begun by the Timberidge HOA Board.

2018 January – April Financial Report

Good Afternoon Everyone,

We are posting the 2018 January-April Financial Report  with a spotlight on the April Balance Sheet. Also, please find the 2018 Special Assessment Income collected through April 30, 2018, on the third page of the report.

Our total assets as of April 30, 2018, are $90,397.13. The Operating Account Balance was $22,444.43, and the Reserve Account Balance was $60,730.95.
